### **$HAIFU as the Base Asset for Powering Agent Marketplace** <a href="#usdvirtual-as-the-base-asset-for-agent-tokens" id="usdvirtual-as-the-base-asset-for-agent-tokens"></a>

* **Liquidity Pairing**: Every individual DAO token is paired with the $HAIFU token in its respective orderbook in terminal. Creating a new agent requires a certain amount of $HAIFU tokens, which are used to establish the agent's orderbook. Due to the locked nature of these liquidity pools, this process creates deflationary pressure on $HAIFU tokens.
* **Base Currency**: When there's demand for agent tokens, transactions are routed through the $HAIFU token. Users must swap their USDC (or other currencies) into $HAIFU before purchasing any agent tokens. This mechanism consistently generates demand for the $HAIFU token whenever agent tokens are bought, similar to how ETH or SOL serve as the base currency in the Ethereum and Solana ecosystems, respectively.
* **Membership Currency:** $HAIFU community is formed with people who subscribes to the membership program. Similar to staking rewards, people who subscribed to its membership will get reward in $HAIFU by sustaining membership with discount benefits on using HAIFU Fun.

### **$HAIFU Facilitates the Onchain Agent Economy** <a href="#usdvirtual-facilitates-the-onchain-agent-economy" id="usdvirtual-facilitates-the-onchain-agent-economy"></a>

* **Per-creation Payments**: Users pay for AI agent DAO creation on a per-creation basis. These payments are made onchain from the user's wallet directly to the agent's wallet using the $HAIFU token.
* **Revenue Streaming**: The continuous onchain payment stream in $HAIFU tokens from the protocol operations ensures transparent and efficient revenue collection for AI agents.
